My dad was just talking to a person with a blue 2002 Z06, and it has blue brake ducts. He asked them if they painted them, and they said that they came blue. They are the original owners, and say the car is unaltered.
Did GM paint any of the rear brake ducts? I was under the impression they were ALL black on Z06's.
I also have an '02 EB Z06 and I can assure you that they all came from the factory with black ducts. Perhaps the dealership painted them before selling the car...

Before you do, you might want to send JEM an e-mail. he painted his a couple of years ago and they will chip badly. Take a good look at a set on a car a couple of years old and you can see the pits in the plastic.

so thats why the factory ones are black, makes sense now
I've been trying to find these myself. Saw them on a Z at the Ecklers show.
