Is someone from Mich in a TR Z06 visiting NH??

Is someone from here visiting NH with a Mich tag? It was a torch red Z06. I was in my black 99 SS (giving the Z06 a day off)and waved and said hello. Just wondering if it was someone from here? I think the beginning of the tag was ECW or something like that.
