what size tire will fit a 18 x 13 wheel?

I bought a C5R BBS race wheel from chevy mall and want to put a tire on it for appearance reasons. Will a 335/30/zr18 tire fit this rim? Saw a hoosier for $99 @ tire rack and thought it might work?

According to the specs on Tirerack's website, the 335/30-18 will fit a 12-13" wheel, so I'd think you'd be fine with that size.

If you are thinking about putting that on the car though, you will have rubbing issues...

FYI, according to the Tirerack pages I saw, all the Hoosier 335/30-18s are $316 not $99.

If you're looking for a tire just for display/appearance sake, I have a used Goodyear road race slick that's 25.5x12.5x18 and should fit the rim perfectly. There a small gouge in the bead so I can't use it for the track. PM me if you want it cheap.

I was under the impression that the largest tire (18 in rims) that you could put on a stock Z06 was a 305 without having to go the mini-tub route. Otherwise there would be rubbing issues????

I have the house of wheels 18 x 12 z06 wheel and no tubbing is needed, they do stick out about an inch though.
Will be getting the ACP flared fenders to take care of that.
