Re: What's the standard greeting/acknowledgement when seeing another z on the road?

I like to PIT them so as to get them to stop. Then I get out of the car and greet them in person. It's difficult to do in traffic though...

I like to stop whatever I'm doing at the moment, speed up or bust a U, whatever it takes to get out in front of the other guy, take out my Smith & Wesson Model 500 revolver and start doing doughnuts while shooting into the sky like yosemite sam.

I'm pretty hard to miss too

Re: What's the standard greeting/acknowledgement when seeing another z on the road?

i always do the wave if passing in the other direction, if traveling the same way i do the wave then the thumbs up followed by a 2nd or 3rd gear pull depending the circumstance ex. highway or city

Re: What's the standard greeting/acknowledgement when seeing another z on the road?

The appropriate gesture would be to hold the steering wheel with your right hand and insert your left thumb into your left nostril and wiggle the other four fingers of your left hand rapidly with your head out the drivers side window.... or you could just wave to the other driver ..

Hold the steering wheel still with your right knee and give them a double bird if they aren't driving the correct color Z

Best reply yet...Hey Vant, let me know when you're out cruisin' with your g/f, I'll make sure to take a pic of her flashing you.

I think a simple wave will work, no need to make things complicated. If my a/c is on and the window is up, a passing Vette won't see me givin' a wave cuz of my window tint, unless they see me through the windshield.

A simple wave - to any/all Corvettes regardless of generation/Z/non-Z.

I wave to all vette but if they see me and do not wave back then I give them a different kind of salute...
