Wierd Noise At Shutdown?

I don't want to be one of those anal new owners but my car makes a strange sort rattle right as the engine shuts down. Otherwise it seems to run well. Also, slightly rough idle when hot. This may go away with break in? I only have 100 miles on it...

The noise is probably in the transmission. Try shutting it down with the cluth pushed in. You'll probably find that it goes away. It's normal.

Waterfreak is correct this is a normal noise (rattling inside of the transmission at shutdown), just shut the car off with the clutch pedal depressed. As far as the rough idle it's just one more thing you'll have to get used to driving around in a 405 HP car, well that and all of the staring and waving

Yep its the throwout bearing just keep the clutch in.
