Window to B-Pillar weatherstrip - tucked in or Not ???

Need some help - the vertical section of the weatherstrip at the back end of the window (front of the B-Pillar) is "tucked in" to the plastic trim piece on the drivers side, but on the passenger side it overlapping the plastic trim. Which way is correct ???

If this is what you are talking about, both sides on mine are tucked in under the plastic trim piece:

Thanks for the reply YumaZ06 - I am talking about the inside part of that strip as shown below - as shown below it is "outside" - on the drivers side it is "tucked in" to the plastic trim on the inside of the car.

Re: Window to B-Pillar weatherstrip - tucked in or Not ???

I just walked out and looked at mine and found my passenger side was partially tucked whereas the driver side is not. After looking at it closely, the seal cannot be tucked near the bottom. I went ahead and un-tucked it to match the driver side.

Well I had to go out and look again and both sides are un-tucked (is that even a word? ).

I believe we are not talking snow skiing terms. YumaTom is now going to perform a double back flip Lay Tuck Tuck.
