Susan and I had the pleasure of meeting FRC Tom and 2001 Z06 (Don T.) Great guys. Don gave Susan a ride in his QS mod red Z06 (just like ours back home) in the Parade lap before the Rolex. I got a ride in a MY Z06 belonging to Eric ? We were the 4th and 5th cars on the parade lap! WAY WAY cool! A big thanks guys.
Tom and Don is was great meeting both of you. Keep on Vettin! Ron and Susan

Thanks Ron. It was a pleasure meeting you and Susan. I enjoyed talking about your vette experiences. I was glad that I could help provide Susan with a ride in the parade lap. She also took some pictures from the passenger seat that I will forward to you. Once again, it was nice meeting you and Susan. Are you driving down to Sebring in March?

Tom (FRC Tom), it was nice meeting you. I enjoyed talking with you about vettes. The red mods you have made looked good. It certainly accents the interior. Hopefully we will get a chance to run into each other again.

The whole Rolex experiece was pretty damn good, other than the weather. It's not usually that cool and rainy in February. One of the neatest things was when I got there around 7AM there were already a lot of vettes lined up, probably 50. The guy doing the guiding looked and noticed that I had a Z06 and nice and loud said "Go to the front of the line." The looks I got as I was driving around the others to the front were COOL. I was the second Z06 to arrive.

Thanks again Don! Looking forward to your pics. My wife is the editor of our Vette Club's newsletter, so there will be a great article and pics of the Rolex experience.
We won't make it to Sebring as much as we would like to. We are glad you also had a great time at the races.

I was unable to attend this year's Rolex 24 hour, but look out next year! Thanks to all of you for sharing your comments...made me feel like I was there.
