Just got some inside info on the 2004 Z16 Z06. Some may already know this but it will be Lemans Blue with a silver and red stripe that has a carbon fiber look to it. The int. will have a C5 logo on the seats. Sound like shades of GS.

The new Lemans Blue is almost like E/Blue but one shade darker.

Well - depending how well it was executed, a GS-like Z06 would look quite nice.

Can you describe the stripe in more detail? What do you mean by red and silver with a CF look? I think it should just be plain red, IMO. Red goes well with dark blue (like the 63 Corvette Daytona Blue, which was beautiful with a red interior). If it was me, it would be Dark Le Mans Blue with a solid red stripe and a totally red interior.

What I was told by someone who has seen the car is the strip is silver with red out lines and has a carbon fiber look to it. He said the int was black with a C5 logo on the seat.

Thanks, Rick, for the additional info. I think I would prefer mine with a straight red stripe and red interior, though. It could look cool, I guess. I'll have to wait and see how it looks.

I think that's more or less what we were expecting......... (cosmetic changes). The Dark Le Mans Blue sounds like it might be a nice color!

Sounds like a good power/color combo. Wonder why it wont have Z06 on the seats.
