I live about 1hr from Anacortes. Beautiful up there. FYI, I use to live in Missouri City next to Lake Olympia too. I can hook up with you. Better yet make it a Friday or Sat and a bunch of us can hook up at Hooters if your willing to take a little drive down our way. Shoot me a PM. Oh yeah, its freaking snowing right now.

Wow, didn't expect such a turnout. I'll be there on Dec 5th and leaving sometime around ~Dec 16. So that weekend in between is a perfect time to setup a meeting.
Again, I'm not very familiar with the area, so if someone would pick a time and a place (Dec 10/11) I'll be there!
Well, the best Hooters up here is in Lynnwood. That is right off I-5 on the 196th/44th Street exit. You will be driving right by it on your way up from the airport. Saturdays around 4pm seem to be a good time to grab space before it gets packed. A few of my gearhead buddies from LS1tech gather at that time almost weekly. Be sure to bring some of your Houston stories because they cannot believe how many fast LS1/6's are down there.
