Pacific Raceways, WA Track Day 7/12

Ok, Guys and Gals. It's time to reserve a date on your PNW calendar for the annual CMCS School Daze held at Pacific Raceways. This is one of your only chances to get out on the track and drive at speed. You can get instruction if desired (Novices must get instruction). This is not a race. It's a great way to learn how to handle your car and carve up the corners legally in a controlled environment. Cost of the all day session is $160 and that includes lunch. I don't have a link to post just yet but thought I'd get you to reserve the date in your busy schedule. If you post questions here I'll try to answer them.

TAC,
Thanks for posting this. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make that event.

Hope you have a great time out there.

Where is the event?

Send me a link to the sponsoring group web site and I'll watch for it.
I'm helping Adam Boca out on his new venture.

I'll be there shepherding some of the noobs who have never been to speed before. i heartily encourage those of you with some speed experience to show them what the Vette will do. Like Kahuna Mike in his "if this is too loud, you're too old" Blue Bomber

And a link to the downloadable flyer.

I don't want to hear any "I already signed up" bullhocky. I'm the one handling pre-registration.

If I'm doing any pointing it'll be a thank-you finger point at the passenger window as I go by...

HPDE Seattle area 7/12

Ok everyone, time is running out. I keep hearing about how people on the forum want to get out and run their vette on the track at speed. Now's the time to get your registration in or get left behind. The CMCS School Daze HPDE is just around the corner on Wednesday, July 12. I don't see a lot of Z06Vette.com member registrations...why not? Every one of these events you let slip by is one that is gone forever.

The price to run your car in a controlled environment on the Pacific Raceways track is $160 and that includes lunch and an instructor, if desired or needed. Here's the link:

http://www.corvettemarqueclub.com/SchoolDaze.asp

Between this event and the track day at Portland in August you won't have a better opportunity to learn how to drive your car at speed. I hope to see you all there!

Tim

TAC, please use only one thread for an announcement please. I have either deleted or merged your other threads regarding this event.

You may TTT it as often as you like if you feel that would be helpful.
