I've started doing a story board / pics for my 422 build. I've included some pics and just a quick recap of my new mods. I'll provide more pics and data as progress is made each week.
No updates for a couple weeks. I assume work is progressing on the car. Once the motor and k-member/ suspension is bolted in there isn't that much left is there. Wiring harness, tranny, DS, etc... Any idea on when she fires up for the first time? That's always my favorite part when dropping in a new motor.

We didn't work on the car two weeks ago... although we did last weekend, and made some great progress... I'll post a complete update later today w/ pics...
she's alive... the car is running w/ the new motor. I've got about 230ish miles on the car right now and still working through some issues. Next weekend we'll be working on the car again, changing the exhuast config and adding different sway bars. We should start tuning for power within 2 weeks or so.
Hope it all goes well. Good luck and looking forward to some 1/4 mile times.

We're still working on my ride, although we've run into a rather interesting issue. Basically right now my car consumes about one quart of oil for every 100-120 miles. Although... we feel / the builder thinks they know what the issue is. Aside from the oil consumption she feels pretty srong, although we haven't tuned for power yet... not at least until the oil consumption issue is resolved.

1 qt every 100 miles is normal is it not? j/k Hope you get it all worked out.
I don't suppose you were taking those 12 extra quarts for a ride onto NE 8th from Bellevue Way tonight around 5:45-6:00. I heard this incredible sounding motor off to my right and then saw a Yellow Z06 turn left onto NE 8th from Bellevue Way. Best sounding Vette I have ever heard by a large margin. Would have pulled a u-turn in the intersection and chased if I wasn't in the truck.
