I was think of heading to XXX for lunch, then cruising out I90 to 18, then into Federal Way for some bowling.

We can just do BBQ (Texas?) or plan our own tour.

This time of year the San Juans are jammed with cars and the lines are long at the ferry terminals. Better to leave the cars in Anacortes and be a walk on for the boat ride.

CMCS is leaving the Tulalip Casino in Marysville around 10:00 Saturday for a tour of Camano Island after their breakfast and monthly meeting. We could hook up with them.

Theres also an open car show in Oak Harbor at beach park on Whidbey Island Saturday.

Although its a full day the Three Pass tour is good for putting miles on. Highway 2 east over Stevens Pass thru Leavenworth then south across Blewitt Pass to I-90 then west back over Snoqualmie Pass.

A run over to Winthrop and back over the north cascades provides some good scenery too.

Lots of options.

The car show in Oak Harbor was where I planned on going if nothing else came together.

Car participant fee is $15.00. Gates open at 7:00 and all cars must be in place by 12:00. Trophys awarded at 4:00. Food, music and displays.

So do you want to be in it or just stop by?

My car is no beauty queen... I'd rather just stop by, as part of a drive.
