We have scheduled our 4th annual "Horsepower Party" for June 24th 2006. Ask anyone who has been to one of my parties and they'll tell you it's probably one of the biggest privately hosted Corvette events in the country.
Last year we had about 700 C5 and C6 Corvette owners and enthusiasts come by for the festivities. We expect this year to be even bigger and better than last.
'Vette Magazine was there and did an eight page article on the party. It was entitled " Horsepower Party"
This year we will have a live band, huge barbeque, a vendors midway, and, of course, some great prizes to give away.
I'll probably arrange some sort of shuttle to get everyone to and from their cars. Last year we had cars parked up to a half mile away.
Last years big prizes were a complete supercharger system, a set of LG headers and a lot of smaller prizes.
This years grand prize will be your choice of one of my custom Vortech supercharger systems or a forged short block. I'll also be putting up a set of LG Pro headers and other prizes. The drawing will be held at the party and you must be present to win.
We will run the dyno all day for free and have the lifts available for MINOR work and installs, also for free. Please don't bring a cam you bought from somebody else and ask me to install it for free. (Yes I've actually had people ask me for stuff like this.)
Go here
https://www.aandacorvette.com/bbq/bbq1.asp to see pics and video of last years party. You won't want to miss this one!!

For those who just can't make it, I'll have a drawing for on line participants. The Grand Prize is a $1000 gift certificate. Second prize is a $500 gift certificate. Third prize is a $300 gift certificate. Fourth and Fifth prizes will be $100 gift certificates. Everyone is welcome to enter.
I do this every year to sort of "give back" to the Corvette Community that has treated me so well. All I ask is that you actually own a C5 or C6 Corvette and use the prizes for your own use and not sell them for profit.
To enter the on line drawing, just post a reply to this thread. We will take all the replies, assign them a number and throw them into the "hat"
I'm going to try real hard to have a live webcast of the party. Can anyone help with this?
