Icons "Hot thread with new posts"

Hello I am new here but not new to the forum world.

I have been navigating this site and find it kind of hard to figure out what is what.

You have "Hot thread with no new posts" and "Hot thread with new posts" sharing the same burning folder icon and it can make it hard to navigate the forum looking for new posted topics.

Anyway great site and looking forward to being here.

Pardon my ignorance on this (and I'm really not being sarcastic) but where are you looking that says "Hot thread" ?

Huh, I'll be damned. Don't think I've ever gone to that section before (or at least I never noticed it).

I would suggest that the best way to explore the site is to click on either 'New Posts' or 'Active Topics' above.

Only problem with that is that I only want to read about the C5 ZO6 since I am looking for a 2002 and cant afford a C6 ZO6.

Fortunately, the sections are clearly marked and designate the 'C5 Grandstand', 'C5 Pit Road', 'C5 ....etc' so you should be able to distinguish the threads you read.

Anywhere near Road America?
Any reason you're homing in on an '02? ... if a nice '03 or '04 were available, would you be interested? (each year brings improvements over the last ... as with any vehicle)

I want a ZO6 so the 2001's only had 385HP and had some oil burning issues so that immediately sent me to the 2002 model cause of the 405HP and standard HUD. 2002's are usually cheaper than 2003 or 2004 models. If the price was right I would be interested in an 03 or 04.

I am about 70 miles from Road America.

I am in the process of selling my 1981 Delorean right now, soon as it is sold I will be buying my ZO6!

P.S. why doesnt my signature show up? It has been added and selected in the options.

Sig only shows once per thread, yours shows in post #3.
