Need Help Re-sizing My Sig

I want my sig to be in proper sizing ( it's a little too big), but I don't know how to make it smaller...can a moderator help me out and re-size it to proper specs ?

Here Rob,

The official dimensions are 450w by 60h with 15k file size.

I made yours 450w by 60h and the file size is 14.5k, but I had to unconstrain (squish it) it a little to keep the tires in the picture. If you have the photoshop doc of this pic, I can do it the right way for you.
