Is the search function broken?

I can't get it to work. It comes up "page not found"

The page comes up for me. I click on Search at the top of the page, which opens a little window, then I click the Advanced Search link and the ful search page opens.

I will have to ask JC about this.

Try clearing cookies, and clearing the cache. That seems to help clean things up.

it's broken.... the search page comes up, but the results page is broken.

Works for me with more specific searches, e.g.,
corbeau - good
corbeau+seats - good
racing+seats - no good
sometimes helps to limit the forums or dates to search if using more generic terms

I've always had problems with search on this site using more than one word it crashes. The same search on the other site works fine. Something is set wrong maybe?
