ABS & Traction Handling Lights...?? Problem..

o2 Zo6, w. 9K miles...recent problem...
This has happened 10-20 times...in last several weeks, NEVER can be duplicated....
Driving along, steady speed...40 mph+ usually...all of a sudden,
Service traction control, and ABS warning lights come on...
No noticeable difference in handling.
Stop....turn off ignition, back on...the warning lights go off....Sometimes to re-appear...and then not...BUT always, once engine is turned off...the lights go out...again...
Sometimes...5-8 days pass, not one occurance.. sometimes 3x day...wierd...
This happens at all speeds...
Any ideas..??
