Adjusting the headlights

I just replaced my B3 and B4 lamps with Plasma Super White, 9005/9006 bulbs. After the installation, I noticed the highbeam lamps weren't aligned, I saw a torque screw adjustment thingy, and attempted to turn it either clockwise/counterclockwise and didn't see any change. Has anyone made changes to their headlight alignment?

Any tips would be appreciated, as I now have misaligned highbeams!

thx,
john

attached is a picture of the low beams.

Cool. Thanks for the pic!.
I don't have the answer to your question, sorry

I am curious about your driving experience. Would you say it is a noticeable difference while driving?

Maybe a product review is in order? I know others have talked about this.
