AH on vs Comp Driving mode

Hey guys,

This has been bugging me for some time now. It seems as though when my car is in AH/TC "on" mode from a stop it has a snappier throttle response than it does when in the Competitive Driving mode. Is it just my imagination or is there really a difference?

By the way, I made a top speed run of 168mph indicated on my HUD (in a controlled environment of course). Rock solid with my new alignment after lowering. When I get more time I'll install the '04 shocks and repeat my road tests.

Loving my Z more and more,
Arthur

To the best of my knowledge there are 3 possibilities that relate to the AH/TC modes.
1. Both ON,
2. Both OFF
3. AH On/TC Off (Comp. Mode)

I don't see how there would be a diffenece in throttle response in ANY of the above modes EXCEPT in mode 1 the computer may activate the TC by momentarily shutting down power if a wheel begins to slip.

Thanks I should have been more clear when I stated AH on I really meant AH/TC on. In any case the experience is how I described but probably just my imagination.

On cold pavement, if I just nail it (without trying to deather the throttle) I get better acceleration with AH/TC on because of all the wheelspin when TC is off.
