Sorry my bad! It wasn't oxygen but alcohol. Forgive my ignorance. Now can someone give me some good info about alcohol kits? Do they make them for the z06? How do they compare to nitrous?

Alcohol or water injection is used in forced induction applications to prevent detonation. Some of my turbo Buick/TA friends use it. I can get you some links to kits if you're interested.

As far as I understand, spraying the alcohol into the intake air cools it, like alot. But unless you're running forced induction I don't think it will help you much.
