Borla 2 tip exhaust

I am about to purchase the 2 tip style Borla. I was curious what ppl think of this system? Is it loud at idle, WOT. I would also like to see it on a car if you guys got it.

thanks.

The 2 tip Borla is a nice addition to the Z06. It has a low rumble at idle, and screams at WOT. Highway cruising in top gear it is fairly quiet. I think the 2 tip system looks the best with the muscular lines of the Z06. You will definitely be happy with this exhaust.

Here's an actual picture of the Borla Stingers. I love these things!

everyone will have an opinion on exhausts. So you either need to find someone local with stingers or just suck it up and go with them. You will not be dissapointed with them though, they are the shit. Make my stock car sound mean as shit. I do think you should go with the quad tips as it leaves to much space under the back end of the car only having two pipes. Your car will look like every chevy pick up with two 3 inch exhaust tips if you don't do the quad oval or round tip stingers.

Sound is a very subjective issue and everyone will have a opinion. What I can tell you is that with my stingers and LG headers, I get at least one person commenting how sweet it sounds when I'm at the track.

Same as Backlash... at every DE I do somebody comes over to ask/complement on the sweet sounds she makes. I have Kooks LT's w/ cats and the 2-tip stingers. B&B bullets are a good choice for great sound too, but I love the thick rolled edge tips on the stingers.

I love my stingers. I can't wait to install my supermaxx system so they'll be even louder

I have the 2 tip people always compliment me on how the car sounds. The best thing about it is if you want to to keep it somewhat quiet just short shift under 2000. But once you hit it anybody in a 1/4 mile radius will be looking to see what the hell that silver flash was that just flew by!
If you have neighbors and if you care they may not like it to much.

I'm very happy with the 2 tip stingers....seeing you live in Houston, you're welcome to see and hear my Z06 with the 2 tip set up. If interested, PM me.
