Brake Fluid on Calipers

Is it OK if you get a little brake fluid on the calipers when bleeding them, or will the fluid melt the caliper paint? I wiped off the excess fluid, but I did not have any cleaner handy. What would you use to clean the fluid off the caliper?

Windex, 409, Simply Green. Brake fluid will damage paint. The paint on your calipers is different I believe it contains an epoxy. But, it's still paint and can be damaged.

That paint on the calipers is pretty tough, untill you just turn the calipers black from excessive heat on the track.

Soap and water or whatever you have laying around will clean them up ok.
