no, you cant rebuild them in the car. you have to pull them off the car, and use air pressure applied to the hydraulic line port to shoot the pistons out.
also, why rebuild when replacement calipers are 110/piece from fredbeans? The problem with the calipers is that they spread, the pistons/seals are usually fine.
