Broken exhaust stud---advise needed!

I broke one of the studs at the flange where the exhaust manifold and down pipe meet. Luckily it didn't break in the manifold. My questions are, do I need to use anything like anti-seize, or locktite when screwing in the replacement?
And would it be prudent to replace all six studs if one has already let go? Photo below shows the studs in question.

I would chase the threaded hole with the correct tap, then use Loctite 243 during the installation. As far as the other studs if the threads are damaged; don't fix what's not broke.
