bulletin number for rocking seat?

hey guys have an 01 qs with the rocking seat problem. tried to have it serviced at the dealership but they told me it was normal travel for the seat.. so if anyone had the bulletin number for the rocking seat problem i would appreciate it, so i can return to the dealer with more ammo to get my seat fixed.
