Can you get 620HP with a Super Charger?

Is it possible to achieve this power output (620HP) with just a super charger?

If not, what else would you need to add in addition?

Is it possible to get 620HP with a stoked engine?

Jeff Nation and Blue Thunder have over 620 rwhp with their ATI Prochargers. I believe Jeff is at 650 and Blue did 639.....

BUT, both of these cars(Blue Thunder is a C5 Vert) were heavily modded with lotsa bolt ons.....
