Carbotech Rotors

I was thinking about getting some new rotors. What do you think of the slotted Carbotech rotors? I know they are a little more expensive than NAPA or Rockauto, but I like them.

If you like them, go for them. The gold hue is kind of unusual. I don't see any problem with them.

For me, spending nearly $100 each for a rotor for the track wouldn't be very cost effective because I burn them up so quickly. For street use, they would look good. They are right in line, price wise, with other slotted rotors on the market like powerslot and still cheaper than a set of Baer Eradispeeds.

They quoted me a price of $59 per rotor. If the price is $100 I will pass, but for $59 I think that this would be a good track pad. Otherwise, I will go with Napa or Rockauto for the track rotors. What type of pads do you run on the track?

$59 is not bad at all. I just looked on the price sheet that you posted. I thought that it said $94 each. $59 is a good deal.

This is what I read. 97+ C5 Corvette front 94.00. Go look up the Corvette rotor on the page that you linked for me. It says front and rear $94 each.

You are right, but I got a quote from Carbotech for $59. I will call them and confirm the price, otherwise, I will use your guy.

$59 is a great price. If it's $94, that's still good. In line with other slotted rotors on the market, if not cheaper.

He's not my guy technically. I have used him and I was very happy with the product. I don't want it to sound like I'm pushing this guy on anyone.

Bob: Do me a favor and let me know what the actual price is after you talk to Carbotech again.
