I am trying to buy a hardened output shaft but everyone i found is 300 plus. i saw people on here that paid 200 for thiers. what site are these at?
thanks
Phil at Dynotech makes these shafts. Link is on the side of your screen. He may no be the cheapest but I know he supplies them for alot of the big name tuners. When our CTS-V was there he was rebuilding rear ends left and right. I think he mentioned he does at least a couple a week.
Actually that's about 2 differentials per day now with the new shop equipment we have to make the build process more efficient.
Your efficiency advice you gave us when we visited you and your family at your shop was well received here Cash! You're right~ It takes money to make money...thanks!
I believe LPE to be the least expensive. They were on backorder for a while but mine arrived today. I dont know if DTE makes these for LPE or not, it came from LPE wrapped in newspaper in a Manley LS1 valves box. I'm sure the DTE piece is very nice too. I have their brace in a box ready to go on with the clutch swap and it seems to be a quality item. I just wish they still made it in black
