Code shows bad O2 sensor ?

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2-B

Does this mean a bad sensor? fuse? wiring?

Any ideas... i dont want to go to the dealer clueless.

I had one of my H02S sensor replaced due to a wiring issue with my A/F meter. The dealer charge me $200.00 to t-shoot and replace it. The service advisor covered the part under mfw. I think it would have cost me about $75.00.
