Common Problems?

Hi

I just got my 2007 Z06 Fellows Edition(0 mile).

There is few things I would like to know the answer. I have searched around this forum but I can not find clear answer. So please help me..

1. When accelerating with 1st gear... I hear wheeze/chatter noise(from clutch?) is it something that should be there or something is wrong...

2. Yesterday we got stuck in traffick and after several minutes when my car was on idle airconditioning stopped and start blow hot air. Out side was about 43 celsius so we got a bit sauna feeling.

3. There is tick sound in cabin... it sound's like a clok. It feels that the sound come's behind LCD screen. It comes even the car don't have acc on. Any idea about that?

The noise is coming from your oil tank. Take a look at this thread

The noise is coming from your oil tank. Take a look at this thread

metalic tapping noise 2-3K RPM

Is it possible that oil tank keeps tapping noise even when car is not running?
The noise was there even in the next morning before I started the engine.

My A/C did that one time but I had a stretch bra over the front and in traffic or around town not enough air got past the condensor. As soon as I took it off it worked fine. If you have nothing over the front check the fans.

Hi again.

It is really amazing that Im the only one who have that noise?? I really can believe that the noise comes from oil tank. Is there something that rotating in the oiltank even the car engine is not running?? My car is now with Chevrolet service and they have trouble shoot it 4 days without success. ( indians) so please help me

One time more the noice is like noisy klock tac tac tac. and it comes basically all the time. even after my car has been in garage over the night and in the morning when I come to the car and just sit in the car I can hear the noise.. without starting the engine... Starting the engine is not change or stop the noise.

PLEASE HELP!!
