This is on the car I'm buying, which version is it and how loud compared to the stock Ti catback?

Re: Which Corsa catback is this?

You can't tell from external inspection if a Corsa is the louder Pace Car, or the quieter Touring model, because they look identical. Your tips look like Tigersharks, though. Nice.

Compared to stock Ti exhaust, they sound a little louder. As long as you don't have headers, you'll be fine.

Re: Which Corsa catback is this?

You can't tell by looking at the tips which system it is. The tips are a separate item when you order the system and can be one of 4 tips attached to either one of 2 pipe/muffler systems.
From Corsa:
For your C5 choose from two, 2 1/2-inch systems, each designed to give you a different and unique sound, but each with the same whisper-quiet interior ride. The Touring Edition delivers a crisp, exotic exhaust note while the Pace Car Edition has a more aggressive sound, especially evident at full throttle. Both editions are available in satin finish and there's four different exhaust tip systemsto choose from.
