CPU Tuning in DOVER (or 200 mi in any direction)

Anyone in the Delaware area know about tuning the onboard computer? I installed a fair amount of hardware and my power curve is a little wierd.

I'm willing to drive anywhere up the east coast, but I want to take it to someone with some experience. any suggestions? Thanks!
