Dead Z

Key fobs don't work. Car won't crank. Codes reveal only that _NO_ module can be communicated with.

PCM - No Comm
RFA, BCM, etc
they're all dead
the battery has good voltage, any ideas?

Sounds to me like you're trying to start the wrong car.

Just kidding obviously, I have no clue.

Take the key and cycle(lock, unlock, etc) it in the driver's door a time or two then get in and try to start it again. I works on older Vettes, perhaps it will work for you.
Good luck,
Brad

EDIT- ERR...this is CobraKilla not SS2Z06

Pulled the neg batt cable for about 20 mins... That "fixed" it. I wonder if something on the communications bus crashed. The lights on the radio/climate control were stuck on before I pulled the cable.

You have an 01 also so make sure you have good connections and good ground from the cables around the battery and to the frame. There is a ground bolt near the pass side hood hinge near the fuses. Since the battery is good I suspect corrosion on some main cable. The PCM and other computer modules have to have good current to work right.

I'm glad you got it started. I would schedule a diagnostic just in case.
