DRM Front brake cooling ducts

Z06 tracksters-

For those who can run the DRM cooling ducts in their class, do these work and if so are they worth it? Is there a better way?

I've looked at pics of the ducts and they appear too short to effectively direct the air to the brakes.

Also, thinking out loud, if they do work as is or retrofitted, any issues with directing the air picked up from so close to the ground with all the track marbles, rocks and other neat stuff which proliferates the "less than perfect lines." Seems as though the aftermarket wire mesh covers for the brake intake would actually add value.

Are these for real or just for bragging rights?

I have them and they do work and are worth it, imo. The ducts themselves do not reach the rotors or calipers but are extended with high temp hose which does. (it's included)

No isssues with picking up rocks. Even if a rock or other heavy debris got in the duct it wouldn't reach the brakes so screens are not needed other than for appearance if you wanted.
