Exedy Twin-Disk Clutch - Help

Hey fellas,

I got a question about exedy clutch. I want to buy twin disk clutch. I don't drag race, but mostly road race and auto-x, with very ocasional drag racing.

My question is there any difference between exedy clutch for drag racing and road racing? May be the compound?

What is the clutch compound made of? How much did you pay for yours? How much is to install it?

Thanks

How is the pedal feel pressure between the single vs the twin Exedy?

Also do you thing the single Exedy will handle a ATI blower on Drag Radials?

There is pretty much only one clutch. It is a Ceramic composite.

Exedy could build you a Carbon Carbon clutch if you wanted based on the same design. but it'd be like over $3K.

Thanks for the info!

I did research on exedy and only things i could find were people saying how nice the clutch is without any other details.

What's the average price on the clutch installation?

Just had a cluthch change out done for $500.00. You might try some of the listed vendors for a price on the clutch itself. I think a couple of them had a discount price listed.
