exhaust system questions

was wondering how this exaust system rates compared to whats on a stock z06..

I can get it for a pretty good deal but was wondering if its even worth it, or is it a downgrade from the stock system.

Yeah, go for it man...most aftermarket systems are an upgrade from the stock setup!

ya pretty new, jumping in a 2001 millenium yellow z06 from a turbo charged Type R....completly different worlds.

You may be new... but a very good first choice, some like the 2 tip while other prefer the quad setup. It's you choice but either is the aftermarket exhaust that I would recommend, oh ya.. and I love mine.

The quad tip Borla Stingers actually weight the same as our stock Ti system. No weight penalties! I would think the 2 tip would be the same or less.
