Fitch Fuel Catalyst - anyone try it?

I was watching Hot Rod TV on Speedvsion and they used a product called a Fitch Fuel Catalyst on a late model Mustang to improve/lower its emissions. This product also supposedly changes the chemical makeup of gas so it burns cleaner, more efficiently and increases MPG and horsepower.

Does anyone know if this product actually does what it claims?
