Since this topic came up in here about their MAF's, I repost my response for all to read:

Worst aftermarket supplier I ever dealt with.

I buy a MAF for my old 2500HD 8.1. Bought from a website, drop shipped from Granatelli. I ordered it next day air because winter is moving in. It arrives, and I received a used MAF for a Ford Ranger. I call the website, they tell me call Granatelli, I do. They say they sent right product, I say no you fuckin didn't. They say they will replace it. I say overnite me another and send me a return label for the wrong MAF. They say they can only send a replacement upon receipt of the wrong MAF. So I say I will overnite to you, as long as you promise to overnite me the new one, they say yes. I overnite, they mail me mine.

I install it, three days later my truck stalls and dies on me. Would not start or run! I put in the old MAF, at truck starts and runs fine. I call and demand a return label, and a refund for all my overnites, and my purchase price, and the thing sits in my basement still two years later.

Thats the reson IMHO that everyone should leave their MAF alone....GM carefully designed it and i trust that they know more than the average granatelli joe schmoe

I hope you can somehow get it resolved with them

I couldn't agree more MikeyB... Had similar problem with them with the one we bought for our SS.... I ended up practically giving ours away

but they are certainly a very unreliable vendor that does not have customer satisfaction in mind.....I know I certainly will not use them now.....too bad for them...they just don't get it....there are not enough customers and business out there....and they blew it badly with a customer...who told 2 people....and they told 2 more people each....oh my.....soon the world will know and the vendor will wonder what happened that their business died.....all because they screwed a customer.....in the end, what goes around comes around!

i think we need to hear from someone from the granatalli inc.
if this is the way they conduct busness they suck!

High test, they could refund my money now, plus an extra 100% for my grief, wouldn't change a thing. They lied to me on the phone, they knew they weren't going to take care of me, they don't care that I am in here pissed now, only unless if it means lost future potential to rip off future customers.

Offer me my money back, I will gladly say no while continuing to share my story to those who might have been burned like myself.

yeah i almost bought one of these things but i decided id first ask the forum members. Saved me some money and more importantly alot of stress.

I also had a similar bad experience with them. Ordered it, tried to stop the order the same day (two hours later) after reading some bad stuff about them on forums, and they told me computer won't take it out and to return Electrical parts means a 40% re-stocking charge.

I thoroughly checked out this item 2 years ago..Called the company they assured me of 18-24 hp gain on a Z06....THIS IS RIGHT FROM THE FN COMPANY!!! I then posted on the forum if anyone had used it , and most LOST performance by using this pos!!

OK I am guilty I have one on my car, should I remove it? I am getting wierd spikes on a dyno. This could be the answer
