C1214 Sol Valve Relay Contact or Coil CKT Open

My car is showing Check ABS, pull codes, and found that one
C1214

ANY ideas on where to look to fix it?:o:

I have checked the grounds in the engine compartment, and no luck with the codes ABS error leaving.

I then went to the EBCM? I think in the front of the engine, with all the brake lines, and I found the electrical connector was a bit loose, I removed it, cleaned the harness, and reinstalled,

Then the ABS light went off and Service Engine Soon wet on, sooo I went back to that same wiring harness and fooled with it a bit more, and now I am BACK to the ABS service light coming on again!@

ANYONE! Greg, FRC Tom, if you guys can help out, I will come by you shop today!

Have you disconnected the battery and let the whole system reset? This might ensure which code you are in fact dealing with.

Yes, I disconnected the battery, and the code is still there.

I have been reading about the possibility of it being a sensor?
Steering wheel, or tire sensor,
Any ideas on that?

I have now changed the battery and still the same problem!

I really dont trust the local stealership, but I guess I may have to take it to them!

Can any GM dealer diagnosis this, or only Chevy dealer?>

Had the same problem and I had to replace the EBCM.

Is the EBCM something I can replace, or does the delership need to do it and program it?

You can do it, but if you have a warranty I would have the dealer do it.
