Help on lowering Z06->

I've got my Z up and looking at were the bolts are to losen to lower the car but on the front of the car on top of the leaf spring I see no nut or bushing on the long black bolt coming thru the spring? All there is a somekinda washer at the tiptop of the bolt.... ARe Z06's like this or something wrong?? I've looked at the website's howto's , and it doesn't look like the pic??

I would definetly appreciate some help on this one.

All corvettes are like that. Just take a 10 mm wrench to the top of it and you will see all is fine. On the rear spring is where you find the bolt with the nut attached. Hope this helps.
