Bierry,
For normal driving GM has recommended settings.
I always use those (except for track use) and have the alignment tech align the car that way. They are right in-between the maximum tolerances.
I fill the fuel tank to the average amount of fuel I usually have in the car which is 1/2 tank.
Don't sit in the car while it is being aligned unless you are the only person in the car most of the time or you weigh 300 pounds and your passenger weighs 100 pounds.
I had mine aligned with me in the car but I am the only person in it 90% of the time.
The recommended settings are:
front caster 6.9
front camber -.70
front toe +.04
rear camber -.68
rear toe -.01
Cross caster is +/- .05.
Those are exactly the settings I have after I lowered the car.
It drives great and does not pull either direction even on crowned roads.
Not picking on you, but I keep saying on this forum that if you do not ask for specific alignment settings and check the sheet after the alignment then you do not know what you have. As in your case the car is within specs but not perfect as I would do it and as you seem to want it.
I applaud you for keeping the alignment sheet and reviewing it. I think most people don't.
Maybe they will make a few adjustments to your alignment if you say it pulls. ($20 would help also)
Good luck with it.
Dave
