HELP!!! Pass seat is stuck in full forward tilt!

Wifey had the car detailed today. Somehow the seat tilt mechanism got stuck in the full forward position.

Anyone know the fix?

The seat is made to lock foreward so you don't have to fight it to get in the back.I've had my wife try to brake it to put it back.
