Hey PerforminNorman...need help

Norman, you need to help talk me out of this performance bug I've got. Have been seriously considering the ATI procharger. Talked with Mark over at MCRacing, they can do whole package including LS1edit for around $7000. They are still waiting on word about the 2002 updates for LS1edit but think they will be out shortly. You need to talk me out of this ridiculous notion. Mark thinks the '02 will produce 500+ rwhp with the ATI and revised LS1 edit. I've got to get a life

Then take another breath and repeat after me. "Go for it, you only live once"

Oh man, you turned to me for help. BIG MISTAKE!

Gentlemen,

It is, indeed, a good thing I, Saintly Uncle Dan, found this thread when I did. In the course of one's life (go for it!) it often becomes necessary to look at the bigger picture (go for it!) and by looking at the bigger picture, you go deep within(go for it!) and pull up the reserves of strength, discipline, and will power (go for it!), from your subconscious, that are necessary to overcome such lesser (go for it!) unimportant items.

This sense of discipline and will power (go for it!) is not something that is common place (go for it!). It is something that lesser men (go for it!) will never have to face in their lives (go for it!). It is better to think in terms of what the future may hold (go for it!) from a less material vantage point!

Oh Fudge! Saintly Uncle Dan's subconscious says, "GO FOR IT"!

Hey MIke, thats still cheaper than a wife or girlfirend and the Zee will never leave you! Seriously, if it's "MORE POWER" you want (AKA Tim Taylor, Tool Time, Home Improvement)! I want more power too, but the wife took the check book and credit cards. Can you believe she doesn't trust me since I bought the Z06. I am very trustworthy, TRUST ME! Bill

Oh, how I failed so bad. Here, let me try again. A blower will just put way too much cylinder pressure in your motor. It will cause excess wear. Your fueling will be a nightmare.

hahaha

How did I do that time? Didn't work, did it?

A little better Norman. You almost sounded like you meant it
Mark, I'm not 100 percent sure what the rwhp/rwtq will be and for that matter probably no one else knows exactly either. It depends on the boost I go with (probably 6 or 7), and then so much depends on the tuning. The program that comes with the Procharger (and 38# injectors) has not been perfected for the 2002 yet. Would use LS1 edit for tuning but would time the purchase to coincide with updates for 2002 LS6 when they come out. My understanding is that Superchips has not broken the PCM code for the 2002 yet but expected shortly.
It will also depend on the additional mods I have as well. With all that said, I would probably go into it expecting close to 500rwhp give or take. Thats about 565 fwhp I believe. Torque figures I'm really unsure about, 480's maybe
