How to find a Ground in your electrical system?

Hey fellas, I need a little help. Its not for the Z, but my son's car.
He may have a ground in his electrical system somewhere that is depleting his battery and possibly causing alternator/voltage reg problems as well.

What is the best way to find a ground in the system? Should I start at the fuse box with a voltmeter and go from there?

Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jim

2nd Time Gradual Battery Failure

See post 4#

If you have a parasitic draw thats draining your battery. Start removing fuses one at a time until you find the circuit.

if you have an aftermarket alarm check there first. My alarm was killing my battery every three days.
