Just installed a B&B PRT Speedway Exhaust System

Hello everyone,

Just to share that today I just installed the B&B PRT Speedway Exhaust system, boy it sounds great. The resonance is also pretty much negligible. I kept driving the car on the way home between 2500 - 5000 RPM enjoying the sounds of the music :-)

I got the exhaust system from RG (exit28), thank you Richard for convincing me to get the B&B rather than a different exhaust system. As for the tips, I was kind of skeptical when I ordered it but after having it installed, boy, I really love it. I really like the Speedway tips

As for the installation, I went to our fellow member Corvette shop in Tacoma, Washington. I'm extremely satisfied with the timely service as well as the quality of the installation. Thank you Perry (RollinBlack).

Oh yes, btw they also give 10% discount now for the labor, so for the Northwest Brutha, give them a try.

They just opened two weeks ago and here is their website:

Vrooommm...Vrooommm...Vroommmm, going to Whistler, BC, Canada, tomorrow, see u all later,

Victor

not to nitpick you Victor, but they are not in Tacoma. They are in Federal Way. going south from Seattle area one would use exit 143. going north from Tacoma (about 8 miles) area one would use exit 142.

there is no question, Competition Development is THE C5/Z06 shop for those that don't live real close to Rippie, LPE, MTI, etc. Christian Wilson (their tech) is as C5/Z06 knowledgable as anyone in the industry.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the correction, I always registered them in my brain as in Tacoma rather than in Federal Way

But yes, Christian is very professional and I will definetely coming back again for my other mods.

Also, they do have AMSOL, ROYAL Purple and REDLINE in stock just in case if you want to go with those kinds of oil.

Glad you like those speedways... I received my ellipticals from TByrne (supporting vendor)for a Great price and had them put on. Man...these pipes are just awesome!! The only prob is the drone in 4th and 5th at 1200-1500rpm. I use mine for a daily driver, so I try and keep the revs over that by being in a lower gear. But they look AWESOME! Four cannon barrels sticking out the back! Fantastic!
