Loudest exhaust

Okay all public concern for noise level aside, I want the loudest, deepest sounding system possible. I currently have a GHL Magnum Quad Tip and while I love the tone of it, after hearing a stinger setup I am quite jealous. It sounds alot deeper and refined to me. Should I just add long-tube headers to my current setup? Or should I sell the GHL setup grab some stingers and add headers to that? I want something really really loud though, how do the B&B bullets compare to the stingers or magnums? Thanks guys

I have an 01 with Bullets and an 04 with Stingers.

The stingers are just as loud but a deeper sound

What size cam is that?

As far as the origional question...

The loudest...SLP loudmouth.
The deepest..probably tie between Stingers and bullets.
If you add long tube headers it will change the entire sound of your GHL's. For your money I'd say put on the longtubes, x-pipe and some HF cats then see if you like it. IF not you can always sell your GHL's and get something else...

Here is a vid I put together of my exhaust transistion from stock to cat back to full exhaust to give you an idea of the difference...

You want the loudest, baddest sound? Leave the cat back pipes and mufflers off, then go for a ride. See if you like it.

Don't give up on the GHL's until you put a set of long tubes on your car. They will make it considerably louder, especially if you run without cats. IMO, the cars I've heard with bullets
are way louder than the cars with the Borlas. The loudest exhaust winner at this years fest was a 383 stroker Z06
with long tubes, no cats and bullets, and none of the cars with Borlas even came close! My car is extremely loud with the Corsa Ti system I run behind headers and catless mid section, and Russ's car was 2db louder than mine at idle.
Exhaust sound is really a matter of personal taste, some like it loud, some don't. It might be a good idea for you to join us in Phoenix March 1, 2, 3 2007 for the 1st Annual Z06Vette.com winterfest. There you'll get a up close and personal sampling of many different set-ups and I'm sure it'll help you make a decision. Hope this helps!

Loudest would be Borla straight pipes. I would follow those with some bullets like B&B.

never heard this combo but would expect it to be almost as loud as open headers.

LG pros with no cats and x-pipe, topped off with SLP Loudmouth

in spring im going to leave the stock titanium exhaust (its just so trick!) and thrown on the LG system with no cats. should be loud enough to get the ears thumping while also letting me hear my new killswitch engage cd at moderate rpms. :pp:

Let me tell you that it is loud as F**K!! A guy here in El Paso orginally had that setup with bullets, then the SLP's, now he has the stingers because the SLP's ewre way too damn loud for daily driving.
