LS6 oil pump with an oil cooler, safe pressures?

There is so much delay in my stock ('99 FRC) oil gauge, I never noticed what pressures it was running at WOT until I logged them with HP Tuners (which doesn't seem to have the same delay).

At high RPM with Mobil 1 10w-30, I'm seeing pressures in the 50-60 psi range. When the oil gets warmer, I don't even see 60 psi. Am I right to think this is dangerously low? At lower RPMs it produces higher pressures than I saw with the stock LS1 pump; 30 psi hot idle, 40 psi at 2,000, etc.

The car has a LS6 oil pump (unmodified), Clevite tri-metal stock replacement rod bearings (the stockers were a bit worn when I changed rod bolts; the Clevites went in and gave me a bit less clearance), and a Lingenfelter oil cooler (Setrab core with -10 AN lines).

Do these pressures seem normal for this setup? If not, I can hook up a mechanical gauge. I really don't want to tear into it again to change the oil pump... I've been meaning to add an oil thermostat to my cooler, perhaps that might add a restriction and give me a pressure bump?

You need to log the water temps, oil temps and the oil psi at certain rpms and then I can tell you what mine are running compared to yours. I have a Melling ported high volume pump ( gear is wider) and an oil cooler.

Mobil-1 Xw-30 oils have shown up as on the very thin end of the spectrum at 100degC in lab tests on Bob Is The Oil Guy, so I'd not draw any conclusions about your engine based on what you're seeing with this oil.

Maybe switch to a more standard 30 like Red Line or Amsoil and re-test.
