More heat coming from under right side door, problem?

I notice when I get out of my Z06, a lot more heat is coming from under the right side (near the door) than the left side. I wonder if this indicates some problem, or if it is normal. Car seems to run fine. Mostly I just notice heat flowing from under the car to the right side, passengers notice it sometimes. Doesn't seem like much heat is coming out near the left side driver's door.

The heat from the exhaust seems about the same temperature on each side, although I didn't do much more than put my hands near the back to check.

Thanks for any info one way or the other

The AC compressor is on that side, hell, I dunno...little more drafty in that area where you were checking it? I have no idea, can't think of any reason why it would be hotter there...

Ahh - the AC maybe...

Thanks for suggesting the AC, I did have it on, so I'll see if that side gets hot with the AC off as well.

This is simple...

It's a known fact that hurricanes rotate counter-clockwise in the northern hemisphere and most of the rain falls on the eastern side of the storm. Think of the right side of your car as the eastern side which produces more heat Even the water dripping from the ac tends to drip out the right side.

Everything I'm making up is true
