New Dyno Numbers For The Z06

Woohoo!!

387.4 RWHP/374.4 RWTQ (SAE)

Not too bad for bad for just TPIS headers, off road x-pipe, Vortex and LS1 Edit tuning.

The x-pipe is a MTI 3" inlet 2.5" outlet that slip fits perfectly to TPIS Header collectors and replaces the cats.

Yep, The car sounds bone stock at idle and part throttle but really comes alive at WOT through the stock TI mufflers. I preserved my stock H-pipe and cats in one piece to swap them on at smog time.

Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to send me a stock h-pipe they had lying around to build my off road setup.

Reboot.

Great #s.

I'm confused a bit on the exhaust issue. If I do not have an extra stock H-pipe, will I have to cut it up if I use the TPIS and MTI X-pipe?

I do NOT want to cut up my factory exhaust...whether I run cats or not.

Thanks!

I didn't want to cut mine either. Many vendors install X-pipes like the Corsa and Bassani and are left with the stock H-pipe that just needs to be lengthened by 16" and welded or clamped to the MTI x-pipe. Xtreme Motorsports sent me one and only asked that I pay the $12 for shipping when I purchased my headers through them. I beleive Breathless make a slip fit off road x-pipe as well.
