At least they're marked as "H" for history... meaning the condition isn't present.

I'd suggest clearing them, and seeing if they return.

Well looks like CKP sensor mistery is solved.

it said that is car is on incline and rolls backwards when engine stalls, this code will be set. well guess what, that description sounds very familiar to me I guess I will clear the code and see if it comes back before raising hell with the dealer

how common/severe are "loss of comunication" codes?

well, fist I was "practicing" until 1 am, then I was all mad about the codes, then just generally happy about the new car, both me and my wife stayed up until 5, we were so excited

well, I re-set the codes in the morning, drove around most of the day today, has not seen them come back.
